
My story is a twenty-year career focused on collaborative leadership, strategic planning, research & analytics, public relations, media planning, tactical communications… and creativity – and bringing these disciplines together to build strong brands.
Over the course of my career, I’ve come to think of brand as a story. A true story. My passion is helping value-driven organizations tell their story and apply the discipline needed to build brands that:
- Create a clear position that leverages their company’s core values and strengths,
- Define and deliver a consistent brand experience through every interaction,
- Motivate a company’s diverse base of audiences, stakeholders, and potential supporters,
- Align and motivate employees and stakeholders to achieve company goals (because brand comes from the inside out),
- Establish a motivating and defensible position regardless of unforeseen changes in services, economics, technology, demographics, consumer behavior, market needs, government, and regulation and,
- Reward the decision to choose or support their company over alternate options.
